And the rosette skirt? *chefs kiss*
Michelle Yeoh claimed her first award of the new year at the 2023 Palm Springs International Film Festival — in couture, of course.
On Thursday, the actor hit the red carpet at the Palm Springs Convention Center wearing a multicolored embellished top paired with a baby-blue silk skirt, which was pleated and folded into a giant rosette. The ensemble hails from Schiaparelli’s Fall 2022 couture collection, selected by her go-to stylist Jordan Johnson Chung.

Yeoh finished her outfit off with black opaque Wolford tights, sky-high platform heels and her hair tied back into a low ponytail.
She accepted the well-deserved “International Star Award” for her acclaimed performance in the 2022 film “Everything Everywhere All At Once.” She also posed beside Stephanie Hsu (her daughter in the comedy-drama film), who opted to wear a full-length pink ruffle gown from Valentino’s Fall 2022 couture collection.
For the first time since 2020, the Palm Springs International Film Festival finally returns in-person. Slated to run through Jan. 16, you can expect to see more of your favorite on-screen stars dazzle on the red carpet — including, perhaps, another head-turning appearance from Yeoh.
