If you sprung the title of this book on us without disclosing the artist, we still would have guessed it was by Mr. Mothersbaugh, known for DEVO, as well as a fine art practice that consists of over a half-century of collecting and creating “mail art” (literally the art movement based on sending small-scale works through the postal service).
