Julia Fox Addresses Rumors She’s Going To Be In Madonna’s Biopic
Julia Fox is sharing an uncut gem about her sexuality.
The OMG Fashun host came out as lesbian on July 8. And in true Julia fashun, she had some fun with it, responding to comedian Emily Gracin‘s TikTok video about seeing “a lesbian with their boyfriend.”
“It’s like, ‘Aw, you hate that man,'” Gracin quipped, with Fox, 34, saying in her own TikTok video, “Hey, that was me. I was that lesbian.”
The Uncut Gems actress went on to jokingly apologize to her exes, saying, “So sorry, boys. Won’t happen again.”
Indeed, Fox was in relationships with men prior to coming out. She married Peter Artemiev—with whom she shares 3-year-old son Valentino—in 2018, but their divorce was finalized in 2020.
In 2022, she was linked to Kanye West after meeting him at a New Year’s party in Miami. Though Fox felt an instant connection with the rapper—who, at the time, was in the middle of a divorce with Kim Kardashian—their whirlwind romance fizzled out within a month.
She later detailed the relationship in her 2023 memoir, though only referred to West, 47, as “the artist.”
“The only time he engages is when the camera is on us,” she wrote, “when he will grab me and kiss me passionately.”
Questioning if their relationship was a “publicity stunt,” Fox continued in her book, “I’m disconnected from the moment. I try to find gratitude for the lavish gifts, but the feeling of insincerity lingers.”

According to Fox, she and West broke things off after her 32nd birthday party, when he gave her a Birkin bag that she said felt “more of a farewell gesture than a birthday present.”
“He makes us re-create the moment several times for the camera,” Fox wrote, adding that it was difficult to “find gratitude” for the gift.
