When Jennifer Lopez does holiday glamour she goes very big — and often very red. This season her approach is monochromatic to the max… from crimson puffer stiletto boots to candy-apple eyewear. And in between? A red JLO -monogrammed Valentino clutch and slinky red pants.
But we’re really here for the beauty and there you can take inspiration from Lopez without a serious wardrobe budget — and with only a few minutes to spare before party time. Her crimson lip color, chosen by makeup artist Mary Phillips, had a lively satin finish. It also had users in her IG post’s comment section fawning over the shade that has yet to be disclosed (sigh).
The whole look’s crowning achievement was a sleek (and so easy!) bun styled by hairstylist Andrew Fitzsimons. In his Instagram post showcasing Lopez’s look, Fitzsimons said that he used a trio of products to achieve the high and tight silhouette: Prism Shine Softening Crème, Hard Strong Hold Hairspray, and Prism Shine Invisible Shine Hair Spray, all from his own haircare line.
