In our ongoing A Portfolio series, today we look at the dreamy, moonlight-paintings of NYC-based Sarah Lee. There is a brilliant stillness in her oil paintings, as if the wind has stopped and all is left is a cold and crisp evening. Her works have developed a hazy effect in recent years, and after seeing her works initially at Bill Brady last year, we are looking forward to her solo show at albertz benda later in 2023.
